• How do I launch my first campaign?

  Create your brand account, set a goal and budget, write a short brief, and pick the creators you want to work with. Voosha then gives each creator their own tracked link or discount code so you can see what they drive.

• How are sales tracked back to a creator?

  Each creator gets a unique tracked discount code and link. When a customer uses either one, the sale is attributed to that creator. This also works for cash-on-delivery orders, which is how most of Pakistan shops.

• How does escrow protect my payment?

  Campaign payments are escrow-protected. Your money is held securely instead of going straight to the creator, so both sides know the deal is safe while the work is delivered.

• How do I get paid?

  Payouts are escrow-protected and can be sent through JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer. You can choose the method that suits you.

• What kinds of deals can I set up?

  You set your own rates and pick the deal type: commission, fixed fee, or a hybrid of the two. Brands see your terms before they work with you.

• Can I show brands that my content works?

  Yes. Voosha records verifiable performance for your campaigns, including click-through rate, conversions and revenue driven. You can use these numbers when you talk about your rates.

• Is Voosha free to use?

  Voosha is in beta, and subscription and platform fees are currently waived, with unlimited campaigns, creators and tracking. Plan details are on the Pricing page.

  Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead. The email address on your Voosha account, and a screenshot if you can, help us find the problem much faster.

• How long until I hear back?

  We aim to reply to every message within 1 to 2 business days. If it is urgent, say so in the first line of your message.
