Terms of Service

1. About Voosha

Voosha (“we,” “us,” or “the platform”) is a brand and influencer marketing platform operated by Voosha (Private) Limited, incorporated in Pakistan. We operate the web application at voosha.io and associated mobile applications. By registering an account or accessing any part of the platform you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement under applicable Pakistani law to create an account. By registering you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to bind any company on whose behalf you are registering.

3. Account Types

Voosha provides three distinct account types, each with its own registration path:

  • Brand accounts — for businesses creating campaigns and paying influencers.
  • Creator (influencer) accounts — for content creators applying to or receiving invitations to campaigns.
  • Consumer accounts — for end-users browsing the public storefront and using creator discount codes.

Admin access is invite-only and governed by a separate agreement.

4. Campaign Rules

Brands may create campaigns specifying budget, deal type (commission, one-time fixed, barter, or hybrid), content guidelines, and product details. Creators may apply to open campaigns or accept direct invitations. Once a brand approves an application:

  • A unique trackable short link and discount code are generated automatically.
  • All content must be reviewed and approved by the brand before publication.
  • Creators must disclose paid partnerships in compliance with Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) and applicable advertising standards.
  • Brands must not request content that is false, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful.

5. Payments and Fees

All monetary amounts on the platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment terms depend on the deal type agreed in each campaign:

  • Platform fee: 5% of the attributed sale value on commission-based deals.
  • Transaction fee: 4% on fixed-payment deals processed through the escrow system.
  • Creator payouts: We do not deduct any fee from creator earnings. Payouts are processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, or bank transfer within 2–3 business days of settlement.
  • Subscriptions: Brand subscription plans (Free, Growth, Advance) are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Disputed campaign payments are handled through our dispute resolution process.

Stripe processes all subscription and card transactions. Voosha never stores card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

Brands retain ownership of their product assets and campaign briefs. Creators retain ownership of content they produce. By submitting content through Voosha, creators grant the relevant brand a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content as agreed in the campaign brief. Voosha retains no ownership of brand or creator content.

The Voosha name, logo, and platform software are the exclusive property of Voosha (Private) Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written consent.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Voosha to:

  • Submit false follower counts, engagement metrics, or identity information.
  • Artificially inflate click counts, redemptions, or attributed sales.
  • Promote content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise access the platform in an unauthorised manner.
  • Circumvent the platform to conduct deals discovered through Voosha off-platform.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension, removal of promotion assets, and clawback of pending payments.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a payment dispute arises between a brand and a creator, either party may open a dispute through the platform. Voosha will review the evidence and issue a determination within 10 business days. Both parties agree to accept Voosha's determination as final for amounts under PKR 500,000. Disputes above that threshold may be escalated to arbitration in Karachi under the Pakistan International Arbitration Centre (PIAC) rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Voosha's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to Voosha in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) PKR 10,000. Voosha is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes not resolved by arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
